The Trent Accreditation Scheme has been developed by practitioners and managers from within the former Trent NHS Region ensuring capability, credibility and ownership by its users and is continuing to evolve and develop.

The Scheme was evaluated by the Nuffield Institute and Sheffield Centre for Health and Related Research (SCHARR) and was seen to be highly valued by participants. The principles of the Scheme can be applied in other areas.

Both UK and Hong Kong standards have recently been completely revised.

We are currently seeking to recruit new Surveyors for our 2008 programme of Accreditation.
